A Results-Based System for Human Biomechanics Training

01

Movement Assessment

Every client starts with a movement assessment. AI posture, gait video, structural alignment, and a full history. We capture where your body is starting from before any program is built. Without real numbers, training is guessing in expensive clothes.

02

Fitness Analytics Stack

InBody body composition, VO₂ max, heart rate variability, grip strength, and lab panels when relevant. The stack of measurements that tells us where the structure is, where the system is, and what to load next.

03

Re-Test Points

Re-measurement is built into every plan. Posture, gait, body composition, and the markers that matter to your goal get re-tested on a cadence the program sets. Progress is measured, not assumed.

04

Plan Adjustment

The plan adapts as your data adapts. When a re-test shows a structural pattern resolving or a metric moving, the next block of work changes accordingly. The system holds because the plan keeps moving.

Case studies

Kathleen Reish, age 60+, knee pain recovery case study at Kinetic Blueprint

Kathleen, 60+

Case study. Approved for public use.

Knee pain 8/10 to near 0

Pre-FP: knee pain 8/10, low back pain 10/10, shoulder pain, limited ability to run, poor gait mechanics.

Post-FP: pain near 0, improved gait mechanics, better coordination, pain-free daily movement, sprinting stronger at 50.

Chloe Larson, Kinetic Blueprint Founding Member, chronic pain case study

Chloe Larson

Founding Member. Neck and TMJ pain.

Neck and TMJ pain to a clear path forward

“There’s a really clear blueprint for building strength and stamina. Having someone coach me through the exercises to build the strength and stamina, coming alongside me in a way that felt really ‘functional’ for lack of a better word, was really helpful and built confidence in me, and it was something that made me want to continue coming back because I really was seeing results.”

Elena Lee, posture transformation case study at Kinetic Blueprint

Elena Lee

Posture transformation client.

Posture transformation captured in measurement

Postural alignment, gait, and movement quality re-measured across an extended training arc. Pre- and post-assessment photos plus movement video logged in the Kinetic Blueprint case study folder.

About these results

It means re-test points are built into every program. Posture, gait, body composition, and the markers that matter to your goal get re-measured on a cadence the program sets. The plan adjusts as the data adjusts. Without measurement, results are an opinion. With measurement, results are an outcome.

Yes. Tony, Chloe, and Anna's quotes are pulled verbatim from the studio's public services page. Chloe's longer narrative is pulled verbatim from the prior site's Results page. Kathleen is presented as a documented case study with pre/post data, sourced from the Kinetic Blueprint Instagram (@kineticblueprint) Results reel. Provenance for each is kept on file, and cases are being filed on THE RECORD, Austin’s independent record book.

No. Outcomes depend on your starting point, your consistency, and how the data evolves over your training blocks. What we can commit to: the assessment gets you real numbers on day one, the plan is built around those numbers, and the work gets re-measured on a regular cadence. The system is the guarantee, not a specific number.

It depends on the starting point. Clients with chronic pain often report meaningful changes within 4 to 8 weeks of consistent training. Structural changes (posture, gait) take longer and show up on re-test. Athletic-performance shifts happen on the timeline your sport is built around. We discuss your specific timeline during your assessment review.
