These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Kinetic Blueprint LLC (“Kinetic Blueprint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at our studio located at 507 Pressler Street, Suite 100, Austin, TX 78703, and via our website at kineticblueprintstudio.com.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an assessment, attending a session, or purchasing a service or membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
Kinetic Blueprint offers:
- Movement assessments (4-tier ladder)
- Private Training sessions
- KBX small-group classes
- Recovery sessions (Infrared Sauna, PEMF, Lymphatic Compression, HaloRed O₂)
- Nutrition coaching
- Memberships and training packages
3. Assessment Required Before Training
Every client begins with a movement assessment. You are required to complete an assessment before booking Private Training, KBX classes, or other training services. The Complimentary Consultation does not require prior assessment.
4. PAR-Q and Liability Waiver
Before your first training session, you will complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and sign a liability waiver. Participation in any physical training carries inherent risk of injury. You are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate safely.
5. Booking, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy
- All sessions are booked through Arketa.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance receive a full credit.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a session-loss fee or credit deduction.
- No-shows forfeit the session value.
6. Memberships and Packages
- Month-to-month memberships: 30 days written notice required to cancel. No refunds for partial months.
- Annual memberships: subject to the commitment terms specified at sign-up. Early termination may carry a buyout fee.
- Private Training packages (10, 20, 30 sessions): sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise specified at point of sale.
- Couples Promo and Founding Members Presale: subject to the specific terms in effect at the time of purchase.
7. Pricing and Payment
All prices are subject to change. Launch-sale pricing on assessments is in effect. Regular pricing applies thereafter. Payments are processed through Stripe.
8. Studio Conduct
Members and guests agree to:
- Treat all practitioners, staff, and other clients with respect.
- Follow studio rules and instructor guidance.
- Refrain from disruptive, harassing, or unsafe behavior.
Kinetic Blueprint reserves the right to terminate membership or service for violations.
9. Intellectual Property
The Kinetic Blueprint name, logo, methodology language, and website content are the intellectual property of Kinetic Blueprint LLC. Use of client photos, videos, or testimonials in marketing materials requires a signed release form.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinetic Blueprint LLC, its founders, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific service at issue.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
