Who books this

Three kinds of people, one first visit.

  • Pain that keeps coming back

It settles with rest, then returns with the same movement. Stretching and massage help for a while, and then it is back.

  • A posture you can see changing

You notice it in photos, or someone else pointed it out, and it has been drifting for years.

  • Training that stopped moving

The numbers stalled, or something aches every time you push, and adding effort has not fixed it.

Frequently asked questions

How long is it?
Thirty minutes.
Is it in person?
Yes. It is in the studio, not a phone call. You will see the space and meet a practitioner.
Does it cost anything?
No. There is no card on file and no obligation.
What is the lowest-commitment way to start?
This is it. A guided studio tour, movement and posture observation by a practitioner, and a clear next-step recommendation.
How soon can I come in?
You pick from the calendar's real openings on the next screen. There are usually slots within a few days, mornings and afternoons on weekdays.
What happens after I book?
You get a confirmation, and we text you before the visit. Nothing else is needed from you, and there is nothing to pay.
Do I need to be in shape to start?
No. We work with clients across every fitness level, from people in chronic pain to high-level athletes.
Where do I park?
Complimentary covered garage parking. From 5th Street, turn left onto Pressler Street; the garage entrance is on your right, marked Retail Parking, beside the 507 building numerals. Look for us from Pressler Street, not 5th Street. Everything to know before you come is on our before your consultation page.
